We support password-based login, Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE), and time-based one-time password (TOTP) two-factor authentication. All authentication sessions are managed securely on the server side.
Read-Only Access
Exchange connections use read-only API keys, meaning Holdix can view your balances and holdings but can never initiate trades or withdrawals on your behalf.

We apply strict access controls internally. User data is only accessible to authorized systems required for platform operation.
