User Content
You retain ownership of the data and information you provide to Holdix, such as portfolio entries, asset details, and account information. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and display this data solely to provide the service.
Trademarks
The Holdix name, logo, and related branding elements are trademarks of Holdix. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
User Data and Ownership
By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing any data, content, or information (“User Data”) to the Platform, you grant the Platform a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, store, process, analyze, modify, and utilize such User Data for any lawful purpose related to the operation, improvement, and development of the Platform and its services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or proprietary rights in any aggregated, anonymized, or processed data derived from your User Data, and you waive any claims against the Platform regarding the use of such data.
You further acknowledge that the Platform may retain and use User Data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect its legitimate business interests.
All User Data is stored using industry-standard security measures, including encryption, designed to protect its confidentiality and integrity.

Not financial advice. Holdix does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The tools, data visualizations, and insights available on the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as recommendations or professional guidance.

Loss of data resulting from account deletion, system failures, or circumstances beyond our control

You acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk and that Holdix's total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Holdix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination of Service
Both you and Holdix may terminate the service relationship under the following conditions:
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon closure, your personal data, portfolio information, and connected credentials will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Termination by Holdix
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms of service, engage in prohibited activities, fail to comply with applicable laws, or if your use of the platform poses a risk to the service or other users.
Effect of Termination
