Rebalancing

Understanding the Trade List

A prioritised list of buys and sells needed to bring your portfolio back on target.

What is the Trade List?

The Trade List shows the exact trades required to rebalance your portfolio to your target allocations. Each row shows the asset, the direction (Buy / Sell), and the dollar amount to trade.

How trades are calculated

The system calculates the current dollar value of each holding, compares it to the target value (total portfolio × target %), and derives the delta. Positive deltas are Buys, negative deltas are Sells.

Threshold filtering

Small trades below the configured minimum threshold are hidden by default. This avoids generating trades for insignificant drift that would cost more in fees than they save in alignment.

Exporting to CSV

Use the Export CSV button to download the full trade list. The file can be imported into most exchange order entry systems or used as a manual checklist.
